UPLEVEL:
A Retreat for Yoga Teachers.

SOLD OUT: reach out to join next year.

Leadership : Confidence : Community

March 27 - 30, 2025

It’s a thrill to combine UPLEVEL, a 30-hour teacher training, with a warm, cosy retreat in the countryside.

UPLEVEL is a training for yoga teachers, designed to bring out the leader you are innately meant to be. With a new and improved syllabus, it combines inner work with teaching technique to project you onward, whether you’re a newly graduated or experienced teacher.

This 3 night/4 day retreat is more than another teacher training.

We’ll refine teaching technique with a focus on hands on assists, sequencing and cueing with clarity.

We’ll weave inner work with this, and you’ll see what authentic leadership means for you.

Each teacher will receive personalised support to unveil strengths, recognise blocks, and bring a new offering/project to life.

Bridge the gap between what you know, who you are,

and teach from there.

FAQ’s

How do I get to the accommodation?

You will need to organise your own transportation. It’s about two hours out of Berlin, or there is a train option. Once every one has signed up I will help link you all up so you can car share.

I’ve completed my 200 YTT but haven’t started teaching, can I still join?

Absolutely! This retreat is for teachers of all levels, and some of the modules are created to help you make the leap and start teaching. The work of growth is transformational, and everyone will have their own epiphanies and breakthroughs.

I’m an experienced teacher, will I get anything out of UPLEVEL?

Most definitely. Many teachers have ideas and are scared to bring them to life. Others can’t find a sustainable gig, and burn out. UPLEVEL will unveil ideas and strengths, and inspire you to lead from your most truthful place.

How many people will be on the retreat?

I have a max of 12 spots available, so we’ll form a bond like no other on this training.

What should I bring?

We’ll have busy days, but there will be regular breaks for you to get social, or explore the outdoors. Bring some warm socks, slippers, hiking boots, notebook and pens.

Can I come early and stay longer?

Yes! It’s beautiful and peaceful here, with air b & b options in the region if you’d like a longer stay.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please read the Terms & Conditions here.
