Summer Uckermark Retreat!

June 28-30th, 2025.

We’re returning to this wonderful space once again to enjoy warm summer days. On this relaxing weekend retreat, we’ll yoga, unwind, and enjoy delicious food, just a stone’s throw out of Berlin.

You’ll have a chance to deepen your practice, with two classes per day - mornings will be a energized, juicy session, and evenings we’ll go restorative. Nourishing meals will be prepared by an in house chef, and we’ll have so much green space to relax, gather with community, or enjoy time alone.

This 3 day/2 night retreat includes Vinyasa & Restorative practices with a focus on pranayama, meditation, and optional journaling.

In an intimate locally run retreat house, we’ll be nestled amongst nature, wide open spaces and fresh air.

The retreat house is located in a small village along the edge of the Uckermark, approximately one hour away from Berlin by car or train.

Surrounded by a national park, the Oder canal and peace and quiet, we’ll be in the perfect setting to escape the hustle of city life for the weekend.

Drive from Berlin: approximately one hour.

Train from Berlin: approximately two hours.

On booking, I can connect you with other attendees in case you want to organise traveling together.

Rooms

Single, double, triple and quad options available.

The retreat house sleeps 24 guests, however I will be taking 16 guest only to makes for a more spacious experience.

The space has been intelligently designed with a lot of natural light and and a warm vibe. There is a separate yoga room for us to practice, with a separate kitchen and dining area, plus numerous spaces in the house to relax, read, or nap.

The large, outdoor space is green, luscious and peaceful. You might even spot the morning cows crossing the path.

Schedule:

Check-in June 28th at around 4pm, and check-out June 30th after our concluding practice and final brunch.


Yoga Practices: 1.5 - 2hr class both morning and evening, so you can immerse yourself in the abundance of yoga.

Of course, classes are optional, so feel free to indulge in a morning sleep-in if needed.

We can enjoy some brisk and peaceful walks, explore the local village, or wander along the canal.
Please feel to embrace your introverted side, bond with new friends, get lost in a book, or continue expanding on the inner work that will be offered.

A Sample Day:

8:30am ~ Optional silent meditation

9.00am ~ Morning practice, a deep asana practice, blended with pranayama

11.00am ~ Brunch, expect joyful healthy plates with lots of hearty elements, nourishing you well after the morning practice

12pm ~ Free time to walk, wander or hike, with the group or solo, read a book, nap, or journal, you do you!

3pm ~ Light snack/ afternoon tea

5.30pm ~ Afternoon practice , a gentler, restorative practice or workshop-style class

7:30pm ~ Nourishing dinner together, perhaps an optional spritz or vino.

FAQ

How do I get to the accommodation?

You will need to organize your own transportation to our location. It’s about an hour out of Berlin, or there is a train/short bus option. Once every one has signed up I will help link you all up so you can car share. 

I am new to yoga, can I still join?

Absolutely!!!! This retreat is for all levels of yoga. No problem at all if you have never done yoga before - in fact what better way to begin. 

How many people will be on the retreat?

I have a max of 16 spots available, the space sleeps more but I’m up for a more intimate and relaxed experience.

What should I bring?

Really anything you would take on vacation. A good book, yoga wear, hiking/walking shoes, and clothes to lounge in. We have all the yoga props so no need to bring a mat unless you want to. 

Can I come early and stay longer?

Yes! It’s beautiful and peaceful here, with air b & b options in the region if you’d like a longer stay.
